Structure
The DDPR consists of the Director who is the head and chief accounting officer for the DDPR. It also consists of Arbitrators (Conciliators) and staff who are appointed by the Director in consultation with the Industrial Relations Council (IRC).
There are currently ten (10) Arbitrators; Seven (7) in the central, two (2) in the North and one (1) in the South Regions.
It has the Finance Manager and Admin and Human Resources Manager at the head office and three (3) Regional Senior Case Management Officers (SCMO) who support the Director in the Administrative & Management responsibilities.
The DDPR currently has a total staff component of Thirty-eight (38) members, across the Country, spread across the three Regional Offices.
