Our Mandate

The Directorate of Dispute Prevention and Resolution (DDPR) is a semi-autonomous and a juristic person (tribunal) that was established by Section 46B, of the Labour Code (Amendment) Act 2000 and continues to exist under Section 34 of the Labour Act 2024.
